HOW IT WORKS
Following a pre-dinner consultation, we carefully create your menu, using local, seasonal produce and taking care to accommodate food preferences.

On the day of the private dining event, we will always arrive with all necessary ingredients and equipment to begin preparing the menu. (Please note, we can provide cutlery, glassware and crockery upon request.) Once the night begins, we will introduce each course to your guests, talking about where the ingredients are sourced from and what inspired the dish; so that you have an immersive dining experience and a real sense of occasion.
